We designed an e-BOK (Electronic Customer Service Office) compliant with WCAG standards, ensuring accessibility and usability for all clients, including those with disabilities. This solution enhances customer interactions by providing seamless digital access to essential services and information.

Marketing

The system simplifies the process of obtaining marketing consents from clients. It allows targeted messaging and offers to specific groups and provides comprehensive statistics for monitoring and analysis.

Online Payments

The platform supports payments via credit card, quick bank transfers, and BLIK. It is integrated with the Przelewy24.pl and iMoje services. Upon request, it can be integrated with any other payment operator chosen by the client.

Self-service

For end customers, the functionality goes beyond simply viewing their billing history. It includes:

  • Activating notifications and services.
  • Submitting requests (e.g., ordering additional services).
  • Using a contact form for inquiries.

Scalability and Integration

The architecture and technology used ensure the system can handle large-scale implementations, allowing e-BOK to integrate with multiple systems and data sources—either within the client’s infrastructure or as an external service.

e-BOK is also a highly adaptable solution for meeting the specific needs of smaller clients.
